罗兵，1987年12月生。2012年毕业于兰州大学原子核物理专业，2017年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学近代物理系等离子体物理专业。2017年2月至2019年6月在兰州空间技术物理研究所从事空间电推进技术研究，2019年7月至今在湖南文理学院工作。

主讲《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》、《力学》、《热力学统计物理》等课程。
